Yes, my body is asking for meat more often right now, but I would think I&#039;d back off once the initial balance is created.

So great to be able to know your body. I&#039;m always fascinated by how different we all are, and what each unique individual requires.

My body just felt goood doing it, like a &#039;where-have-you-been-all-my-life&#039; feeling, and yes more energy! I don&#039;t need to eat meat on a regular basis, once a week for every other week would probably do just fine, even once a month! But I know that my body no longer wants beans and legumes and never really wanted much in the way of wheat in the first place.

Being in Europe, I&#039;ve found quinoa milk! Wowed what a great little milk that is...hellooo superfood! Now if only I made it myself instead of buying it by the tetra pack...
