Evening Kamloops Yoga Boot Camp: Summer Camp Is On!

Yes! It’s official.

After many requests for an evening yoga boot camp, we’ve finally brought the pieces together to make it happen for a 5 week summer camp.

“I love Yoga Boot Camp! It changed my life and strengthened me from the inside out. I feel better and stronger every day! I didn’t know fitness could be so fun!”

This is a common response and experience at yoga boot camp, but not everyone can come at 5:45am…

So now there’s another option…

However, there is limited space, so be sure to register right away in order to participate in this fun and inspiring program!

We don’t know if we’ll be able to run another evening camp after this, so if early morning doesn’t work for your schedule or lifestyle, be sure to come out and play for this special summer session!

Details On The Evening Kamloops Yoga Boot Camp for Women:

What: Yoga Boot Camp. A fun, inspiring, and very effective blend of yoga and fitness to help you be strong, sexy and energized!

Who: This camp will be led by Danica Crawford. Danica is a yoga instructor who previously owned a studio, and she is also a talented Registered Massage Therapist so she knows what creates a healthy body. She’s energetic, kind, and has apprenticed with me to be a star Yoga Boot Camp instructor.

Where: At the Yacht Club, 1140 River St near downtown Kamloops. This spacious building will provide shelter from extreme heat or rain when needed, otherwise you’ll be out on a beautiful stretch of grass with access to the path along the river.

When: 5:30-6:30PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It’s a 5 week camp starting July 26th and ending August 25th. (There are options for the whole camp or partial camp if you’ll be away for part of it. Your travels and summer schedule don’t have to keep you from participating.)

Why? Well…

  • Because you’ll discover how strong you are and how strong you can become.
  • Because bringing together cardio, core, strength and interval training with yoga is perhaps the most well rounded fitness practice you can do.
  • And because you’ll find the encouragement and support of this women’s only group and unique approach to fitness incredibly worthwhile and fun!

Again, there is limited space and the camp starts in less than two weeks, so get your spot today!

P.S. I won’t be teaching this camp because I’m teaching the morning classes, but you might find me next to you smiling and sweating and having fun. I’m thrilled to welcome Danica as a Yoga Boot Camp teacher, and to open this program up to you as a later option. Hope to see you there!
