The way Katrina weaves the alignment principles of Anusara Yoga into the fitness aspect of exercise is remarkable. I now have a greater body awareness on how to keep my musculo-skeletal structure much safer using these principles. The group energy of the workouts is fun, social, supportive and challenging.
